Distinctive after hours.Effortless all season.
We light neighborhood entrances, restaurants, service stations, office parks, shopping centers and downtown districts across metro Atlanta. Installed before you open, maintained through the season, removed in January.

In the fourth quarter your lot is dark by five o'clock. A lit building reads as open, cared for and worth pulling into. An unlit one reads as closed, whether it is or not.
On a commercial site the design is the straightforward part. The scheduling is what matters, and it is where we do our best work.
No restaurant can close for a light install, so we do not ask one to. We work overnight or before open, we keep lanes, entries and parking clear through business hours, and we are off the property before your first customer arrives.
Installed off-hours, removed on a date in the contract
Communities and HOAs
The entrance monument, the garland and ribbon on the stone, the specimen tree behind it and the bed line running out to the road. The first thing every resident and every guest drives past.
Restaurants and drive-thrus
Rooflines, patio, entry and drive-thru canopy. Installed between close and open so service is never interrupted, with nothing hanging where it blocks a lane, a menu board or a camera.
Fuel and convenience
Canopy fascia, building lines and the island surrounds, sequenced around fuel deliveries. We confirm the attachment method with you before anything goes on a canopy.
Office parks and campuses
Building lines, entry drives, specimen trees and the median, timed to your tenants' hours rather than ours.
Retail and storefronts
Roofline, porch, entry and window line for a single tenant, or one consistent standard across every facade so a center reads as one property instead of fourteen separate leases.
City centers and downtowns
Street trees wrapped trunk to canopy, lamp posts, medians and district ornaments. Hung, maintained, removed and stored between seasons.
Multi-site programs
One design standard, one schedule and one point of contact, whether it is three locations or thirty.
The install nobody on your staff has to work around.
We schedule commercial installs off-hours by default. Lanes, entries, patios and parking stay clear during business hours, and the site is swept before the crew leaves it.
What goes on the building matters as much as when. Clips carry most of a display, and anything permanent is agreed with you and put in writing before the first truck arrives. Roof membranes, canopy fascia and EIFS each want a different approach, and we will tell you ours in advance.
Off-hours by default
Overnight or before open. If your site cannot take a lift during business hours, it does not get one.
Agreed before it goes on
Clips wherever a clip will hold. Anything permanent is confirmed with you in writing before the first truck arrives.
Insured before we mobilize
General liability and workers compensation, with a certificate issued to your entity and your management company.
The paperwork is ready before you ask for it.
Insured
A certificate naming your entity and management company, on file before the first truck arrives.
Documented
W-9, standard terms and a written scope per location, in a form a board can put in front of its members or a manager can attach to a work order.
Consolidated
One invoice across every site, or one per location if that is how your accounts payable runs.
Dated
A removal date in the contract, set before installation begins.
Three steps, and a firm install window.
Site walk
We walk each location, photograph the elevation and the attachment points, and note what has to stay clear.
Scope and price
A written scope and a fixed seasonal price per location, plus one number for the program.
Install window
A confirmed off-hours window per site, maintenance through the season, and a removal date.
Priced per site, per season.
Commercial pricing follows the linear footage of building line, the height of the canopy or roof, the number of trees, and how many locations are in the program. Multi-site work is priced as a program rather than a stack of one-off jobs.
Design, materials, installation, maintenance, removal and off-season storage are all inside the seasonal number. You have a written scope and a firm price per location before anything is ordered.
Storefronts, entrances and street trees.

Tell us about the property and how many locations are involved. We will walk the site, put a scope and a price in writing for each one, and give you a firm install window.
