What we do.Design through storage.
One team handles the design, the materials, the installation, the calls in December, the takedown and the winter storage.

Design
A plan built for your elevation, your landscape and the way you use the house. Most of what we do is warm white, and classic red and green is there for the families who grew up with it. We walk the property at dusk when we can, because that is when it tells you what it wants. You see the design and the price before anything is ordered.
Installation
Commercial-grade materials cut and fitted to your rooflines, cords run where they draw the least attention, timers set to your hours. Many homes are complete in a single day, and you do not need to be home for it.
Maintenance
One call brings us out. The warranty covers it, so there is nothing to approve and nothing to pay.
Restore
Takedown starts the first week of January. The display comes down, the house goes back the way it was, and your lights are labeled and kept at our shop until next season. Nothing ends up in your garage, and because we are the only ones handling it, the three-year warranty holds.
Every line of light has a purpose.
Warm-white rooflines, wrapped trunks, oversized wreaths and tailored garland, composed for the scale and character of the house rather than applied to it.
When the design is right, it does not compete with the architecture. It reveals it.
Rooflines
Ridges, gables, dormers, eaves and porch lines, cut to length for your home.
Trees and landscape
Wrapped trunks and canopies, lit shrubs, beds and hedges to give the elevation depth.
Wreaths and garland
Oversized wreaths at the entry and carriage doors, tailored garland on rails and columns.
Cut to the house, not folded into the gutter.
We build displays from high quality, long lasting LED, cut to length on your house. A run is measured against the ridge, the gable or the eave it belongs to and terminated there. Pre-strung sets arrive in fixed lengths, and whatever does not fit gets folded into a gutter or wrapped around a downspout. Nobody sees it in December, and it is the difference between a display that looks composed from the street and one that looks applied.
Wreaths and garland are the one place we anchor, since a clip will not carry that weight. Everything else comes off in January with the display.
Three steps, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
We look
A walkthrough at no cost, at dusk when we can. We photograph the elevation, the trees and the beds.
We show
The design and a fixed price for the season, in writing, before anything is ordered.
You decide
Then we light it, keep it right through December, and take it away in January.
No two displays are priced alike.
Every number follows the house: the linear footage of roofline, the height and pitch of the roof, the number of trees, and the wreaths, garland and landscape lighting you would like included.
We have returning clients who spend as little as $1,200 on a smaller display, and others whose best-in-class estate displays run to more than $20,000. The first year includes the materials, cut and built for your home. They are yours from then on, so every season after is discounted. The second year of a display costs less than the first and looks exactly the same. Design, installation, timers, maintenance, takedown, storage and a three-year warranty are all inside the seasonal number.
Whatever your budget, we know your display is an important part of your seasonal celebration, and we work to make sure it is beautiful, functional and meaningful.
